I really dug it, and wanted to put it out there that shoulder/trap/lat exercises will make your chest appear smaller as well. Its also good for your body to work opposing muscle groups; In this case its good to work your back with your chest because you will start to have bad posture/back problems if you have significantly more mass/strength/tightness in your chest.

Oh, nothing overbearing about this, it’s great information. I am learning and thus far know so little about working out aside from “run around, ride bikes, do push-ups and sit-ups.” So thank you!
